Check a device before you buy
Buying second-hand Wingbits hardware? Enter the serial printed on the device to check it is not banned from the network. A banned device cannot be onboarded, so it will never earn rewards.
Before you pay
- Ask the seller to unlink the device from their account. It cannot be linked to yours until they do.
- Check the serial on the device itself matches the one you were given.
- Beta rewards stay with the original owner. They do not transfer with the hardware.
